About Me

Zella Kourafas Lozano is an international etiquette consultant and speech-language pathologist. With a Bachelor's degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder, Zella studied effective communication. She further pursued her education and obtained a Master's degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences at the University of Oregon, where she was honored as an INICIO scholar, specializing in multiculturalism, multilingualism, and bilingualism.

 

Zella's passion for human connection, etiquette, and personal presentation has driven her to modernize traditional manners, inspiring innovation and self-transformation in her clients' relationships and interactions. As a consultant, she specializes in international business and social decorum, placing equal emphasis on verbal and non-verbal communication.

 

Zella's understanding of both typical and neurodivergent communication throughout various cultural settings support services that cater to the unique pursuits of each client. Her extensive training under Julia Esteve Boyd and the IAMP Career School has further enriched her expertise in this field.

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Zella dedicates her time to art, reading and tasting new foods. Currently based in New York City, she shares her home with her beloved standard poodle, Genevieve.
